NEW: Orlando Now Has a Brewery Shuttle Bus!

Hello, it is 2020, and if you are still driving after knocking down a few pints, you really need to rethink your decisions.

Seriously, though. I cannot emphasize this enough. DO NOT drive after drinking. The pain it is to return to your car or have it picked up the next day or even getting towed is NOT the same pain it is to get through the migraine of DUI charges and fines, or worse… Do not be that person to take out someone’s mom, dad, son, daughter, grandpa, etc. Be smart and make good choices. I’d hate to see someone I love here today and gone tomorrow, or having to put their life back together after paying the awful consequences. I’ve seen alcohol ruin people’s lives. Do not let that happen to you.

Alright. Getting off my soap box.

Onto the exciting news!

Enter Orlando Ale Line: a bus to take you to your next beer destination!

This brewery bus loop started test runs just a couple of months ago and it has been a great success among the craft beer community here in Orlando, Florida. It only runs on Saturdays right now, but I have high hopes that this will be running throughout the whole weekend in the near future! From 2 PM to 8 PM, the bus will run a selected route for you to hop between a few breweries in the area. You can track the bus and choose when you want to leave and go to your next stop. It is also DOG FRIENDLY.

Despite some current issues happening with the Health Department and breweries, it is going to be a great benefit once our furry friends are allowed back on brewery grounds!

They also offer brewery tours (totally different, since this is mainly a shuttle service) and will host birthday parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties when you have a minimum of ten people to take along for the ride!

For just $10, when pre-booked, you can hop on this bus and have a great Saturday out with friends and no one has to worry about driving! Tickets are $15 when purchased the day of your trip.

All in all, it’s a fantastic service. Way cheaper than dealing with a DUI! You won’t miss a beat: you’ll be able to hit up all the beer releases and special events on the route for that day.

I had a great experience trying it out for the first time the other week and I cannot wait to see this brewery shuttle expand its routes! It is going to be a game changer for Orlando craft beer.

That’s all I have for now, hope to catch y’all on the bus! Beep beep!
